PID default Values

These are the Default Values that are programmed in Eeprom of the HVAC module when nothing is loaded. Once these values are loaded, Eeprom byte 248 is put at 0 (so no overwrites will happen afterwards when some values would be changed). When Eeprom byte 248 == 255 -> the below default values are loaded after power reset of the HVAC module.
